Job description: * Bachelors / Master"s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
* Minimum 3-7 years of experience in manual testing Should be able to work as a Team member and Individual Sound experience in writing test scripts, test execution and defect reporting In depth knowledge of the software testing Lifecycle Excellent communication skills Desirable Skills:
* CSTE/ISTQB Certification is desirable
* Computer Bachelors degree
* Knowledge of key internet technologies such as HTTP(S), S/FTP, SMTP, TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls etc.
* Experience of Agile development methodologies and processes. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Attend Project related meetings
* Identify test conditions and develop and document test cases and test scripts to cover those conditions
* Using and sharing best practices across QA teams
* Develop training programs based on identified needs.
* Focus on the important testing and project priorities
** Raising questions / ambiguities related to requirements
* Focus on the important testing and project priorities as agreed-upon.
* Ensure timely and regular communication to all team members
* Point Of contact for project from QA perspective - Status and Concerns
* Work with Technical Support and Developers to resolve any defects identified
* * Work independently and as part of a team
* Investigate customer problems referred by technical support.
