Skills Required:

*Proficiency and experience on testing API's on non-GUI applications. *Deployment of release artifacts on application servers like tomcat, jboss, websphere. 
*Knowledge of Testing tools like SoapUI, Jmeter etc. 
*Exposure to basic protocols like HTTP/FTP. *Exposure to REST and SOAP based web services 
*Knowledge of basic Linux commands. *Experience on mapping usecase with api's and creating test cases accordingly. *Understanding of the server side projects and the lifecycle involved in it. 
*Knowledge of basic SQL scripts 
*Knowledge of Performance Testing *Exposure to validation using logs and changing log levels. 
*Exposure to basic automation concepts. *Good in communication and raising defects.
