*A Bachelor's degree from a top tier institution (MBA/Tech background is a plus) Above 60 % throughout 10th/12th and graduation. No diploma.
*2-3 years of experience in leading and managing research/data teams
*3+ years of QA experience, preferably on a web/database product
*3+ years of SQL/Database expertise
*Excellent written and spoken English
*Knowledge of web technologies such as http, html, JavaScript, SQL, etc
