Software Skills:Microsoft platform (VB.Net, ASP.Net), C, Databases like SQL, Oracle and Scripting languages - VB & Java Scripting, XML.
Tools:- HP Performance Center/Load Runner, Diagnostics tools (SQL Profiler, HP Diagnostics), SQL tuning skills and networking basics.Nice to have work experience on Application/Infrastructure monitoring using HP suite of products (Business Service Management & Site Scope)Essential Job Responsibilities
- Gather system specifications, technical and performance requirements
- Writing test plans, test strategy and test scripts.
- Ability to design, develop and implement testing solutions for load, stress and capacity
- Performance testing of distributed applications including Web
-based applications- Knowledge of SDLC & SMLC and Quality concepts
- Evaluate tools/products and provide recommendations
- Experience in profiling,diagnostics tools, analysis & tuning
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of various technology stacks
- Quickly master new concepts, applications & packages
