Role & Technical Skill:
* Experience of test automation assessment & automation solution creation and Consulting
* Experience of building Test automation Strategy and roadmap.
* Experience of building test automation frameworks and reusable components.
* Hands on experience with multiple automation tools like QTP, RFT, Selenium, Test Complete, Tosca.
* Must have hands on experience with Java and VB scripting. Java
* Experience in Test Management tools like QC/ALM.
* Should provide technical guidance to the team.
* Should lead a team and also willing to work as an individual contributor.
* Good Experience in Test Management tools like QC/ALM.
* Good communication skills, good client interfacing skills.
