*3+yrs of QA experience
*A demonstrated excellence in problem solving and debugging web based applications.
*Strong skills required in critical thinking and analysis.
*Adherence to delivery deadlines.
*Very Strong verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills.
Requirement:
*Web application testing experience is a must!
*Experience of agile Methodology and Testing during deployments will be very much desired
*Strong Functional Testing knowledge (includes theoretical testing concepts +Practical Exp)
*Experience working with bug tracking software.
*Experience in at least one automated functional testing tool.
* Experience of handling Project Independently .
*Experience writing test plans and documenting processes.
*Experience working with selenium is plus.
*Knowledge of any one scripting language/Java to develop ad-hoc automated test tools.
*Fundamentally sound understanding of web concepts like TCP/IP, HTTP, sessions, cookies, etc
