Mode: Cont/C2H
Duration: 6months Extendable
Location: Pune
Position: QA Engineer / Senior QA Engineer
Candidate Profile:
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
Should be results oriented, proactive and showing overall leadership quality
Main responsibilities include defining test strategies, understanding and mitigating risk, creating test plans, writing automation, tests.
Work closely with engineers to understand what is under the hood, creating and maintaining detailed test plans and test scripts.
Review product specifications, bug triage, analysis of bug trends and root causes and preventative actions to constantly improve test coverage and reduce the number of production bugs.
Required Skills:
3+ years hands-on experience automating with Selenium, Automation Testing
Knowledge of general programming techniques is preferred as is detailed
Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
Must be highly detail-oriented
Must be self-motivated, eager to learn, and have excellent follow-through
Most importantly - must have a passion for Quality.
