• Strong Communication and convincing skills
• Strong analytical, logical and problem solving skills
• Have a “customer-service” orientation
Technology
• OOPs concepts, Microsoft .NET frameworks 3.5 and higher, ASP.Net MVC frameworks, Oracle/SQL Server databases, SQL and ADO.NET
• Good understanding of SOA with hands on WCF experience (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of Performance Tuning (Application, Service and SQL), Agile, Multithreading & Parallel Programming
• Object Oriented Designing, Design Patterns, HLD, LLD, UML
• Experience on at least 1 full lifecycle implementation project
