Role Description: We are seeking experienced mobile app developers for Android and iOS platforms to join our mobile team. In this role, you will focus on client app development and related server-side technologies for native mobile platforms and related cross-platform technologies like HTML5, jQuery, Cordova, etc.
Responsibilities: • Developing quality software based on project requirements • Using the most appropriate design/structure in code • Contributing to design discussions and decisions with senior members of the team • Interacting with other developers to build the right interfaces between components and resolve any issues • Mentoring junior members of the team Requirements: • Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent • Solid understanding of object-oriented concepts and MVC patterns and frameworks • Deep hands-on experience with mobile technologies like Objective-C / Cocoa Touch and/or Java / Android SDK • Experience workingwith server communication using web services, XML, REST, JSON, etc. • Working knowledge of app design (and UI design) challenges posed by limitations of the mobile landscape • Good Knowledge of software development lifecycle and various processes (Agile experience would be a considerable advantage) • Good experience with bug tracking and task management systems (Jira and Bugzilla experience is aplus point) • Excellent oral and writtenskills
