Position: SME / Sr. SME - Clarify - Thin / Smart Client (Support profile)

Job Location: Pune (5 day working company)

Qualification: B.Sc, BCA, B.E, B. Tech or Any other Graduate + MCAIndustry

Experience: Min 1 - 5.5 Yrs

Skills Expertise: Java, EJB, Webservices, HP /SUN-OS, Unix Scripting, SQL, + Clarify CRM Application / Thin client clarify / CRM Smart clientResponsibilities:
* Provide OGS and UAT support for Clarify CRM application
* Strong knowledge of CRM
* Java, SQL, Unix, Weblogic* Strong J2EE skills (Java, EJB, Web Services)* At least 1-2 years of knowledge of HP/SUN OS, Experience with Web Servers and Application servers (Websphere or Weblogic) is a must
* At least 1-2 years of Unix scripting and SQL experience
* Good knowledge on technical, architecture, data model of CRM smart client (version 7.1/7.5) or Thin Client Clarify 12.5, Clarify 13.1
* Good Functional knowledge on Modules like CIM, Support, Billing Manager, Process Manager, Email Manager, Rule Manager, etc.
* Exposure to integration of CRM with internal applications (ABP, OMS, AMSS etc) and external applications would be preferred
* Candidates with Knowledge of AIF & CIH will be preferred
* Deployment experience in Weblogic and Websphere
* RDBMS knowledge - Oracle/SQL Server
* Proven record of excellent performance
* Strong communications skills
