Job Responsibilities:* Prepare performance test plans and test scripts to test each software component * Demonstrate the business condition under test along with the expected results and any deviations.* Prepare and maintain test plans for use on performance testing tools.* Use the Test Tools to deliver the tested components, platforms and applications to meet the test plan.* Deliver on-functional testing.* Performance Test and Stress Test* Monitoring E2E Pre/Post Test and production environments.* Continuous Performance Optimisation (CPO) Process;* Troubleshooting support activities* Maintenance and Quality Center Workflow development.* Performance Analyst - Quality Center Specialist* Has significant competency with HP Quality Center, DB Script, Visual Studio and SQL Server MicrosoftKey Skills:* Performance Analyst - Operating Systems* Has significant competency, at the systems level, with the principal operating systems in use (HP-UX, Sun Solaris, Alpha, VMWare, MS Windows ...).* Performance Analyst - Databases* Has significant competency with the principal Databases in use (Oracle, SQL Server).* Performance Analyst - Test Product Specialist* Has significant competency which enables operations in the test automation sphere and in the development of test activities.* Must have knowledge of following software instruments/environments for the execution of* Performance Test activities* Test Management Tools:* Diagnostics (J2EE, .NET) (HP)* Business Availability Center (BAC) and Sitescope (HP)* Quality Center (HP)* Load Runner and Performance Center (HP)* Database Monitoring:* Stats pack (Oracle)* Oracle Enterprise Manager (Oracle)* ISTQB foundation certification in Software testing (or equivalent) as a minimum.* At least 2+ years' experience in Performance testing using Load runner on Billing / Mediation, CRM and / or Online Mediaweb / WAP portals in a Telecommunications environment.* Experience in Rational performance tester and App Scan required.* Understanding of Rational Policy Tester would be an advantage.* Knowledge of test scripting and processes * Detailed knowledge of Performance Testing Tools and Processes. * Understanding of Online/Mobile Products and an appreciation for end user experience.ISTQB Certification Mandatory.
