Testing job: Performance Testing : Hexaware : 3-5.5 Yrs : Pune : November 2013

Job Description:- Experience using industry-standard test tools ( HP Load Runner, ALM PC, QTP preferred)
 - Experience in test effort estimation
- Self Starter with excellent Analytical skills -
- Strong presence with BA/Users to create performance test plan, strategy and/or scope.
- Experience in automation of web applications including applications in Java, VB6, C#Dot Net. - Strong knowledge of automated tools (HP tools including Load Runner)- Strong knowledge of Monitoring tools (HP Site Scope, Diagnostics, BMC Best1, HP Open view)- Hands on experience in using test management tool ( preferably Performance Center or ALM) -
- Experience in Analyze test result and make decision on the basis of those results 
- Strong knowledge on scripting languages (C, Java) - Hands on experience on Loadrunner Scripting 
- Have exposure on different protocol like Web, CITRIX, Winsock, SOAP etc.
- In depth knowledge of different type of performance tests e.g. Reliability, Stress, Smoke etc.
- Experience in Capacity Planning 
- Experience in Network Profiling & Latency Testing 
- Database Tuning and Profiling would be a plus.
