Skills *Shouldhave min. 2-3 years experience in leading the Automation Testing Team *Shouldhave strong experience in designing Automation Framework. *Strong knowledge of VB scripting *Strong knowledge of ATLC (Automation Testing Life Cycle) *Expert in front-end automation framework. Selenium or QTP experience strongly preferred. *Experience in SDLC,STLC *Preparation of Test Cases andTest Case Execution *Working knowledge of SQL (i.e. should be able to write parameterized queries with joins) *Experience in both Manual and Automation Testing *Experience in White Box Testing / Test Automation / Automation Framework / Test Framework Development / Web Application Testing. *Expertise in writing Test Cases (Functional and Non-Functional Testing) and Test Data *Good understanding of QA Process and Testing Methodologies *Web based applications testing experience. *Good Communication Skills. *High aptitude preferred.
